Stage - Fear or Fire, Change the Mindset!

Set the Stage Fire:

Many students who belong to other medium of language always complain that they avoid giving a presentation due to stage fear. It’s a negative mindset, actually many people complain stage fear because they never want to come out of their comfort zone which is sitting in the class.

Students who come out of comfort zone would fail but when they keep trying the same thing regularly though many others around them discourage would obviously see good results very soon.

It’s a fact that you will not be learning anything by avoiding participation. Though you fail in first may be second or may be the third as well however you learn to give presentation if you follow this process. If you avoid giving performances on the stage due to stage fear then there will be no change in your life in terms of learning or presenting.

So, the fact is that, we need to break the fear by motivating ourselves or by practicing giving speeches in front of the mirror until we gain immense confidence.

Feedback of our performance is more important than the prizes. Prizes bring happiness however will not help us to know our weakness, whereas feedback allows us to identify our weaknesses and helps us to a great extent to make changes in our presentations according to the requirements of the industry.
